The device may require a charge in order to be discoverable by the Weber Connect app. For your convenience, the device can be used while being charged.
- Press the device: Ensure you are pressing down on the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub device to confirm pairing, otherwise a connection to the app cannot be established.
