I am experiencing issues pairing my PULSE grill via Bluetooth.
Have you updated the software version on your Pulse grill?
After the software update, did you turn close the app and reopen it after the software update was completed?
Did you re-pair after the software update was completed?
Reset the Pulse grill
If the digital thermometer display and the temperature status indicator light(s) are not on, move the red power button on the temperature controller to the OFF position in order to ‘reset’ the GFI safety device
Wait 30 seconds, then move the red power button to the ON position
Are you within Bluetooth range? Try to stay close to your Pulse grill when connecting via Bluetooth
The achievable Bluetooth is 150 ft. line of sight. Physical obstructions such as glass doors, metal, and other barriers can affect and limit Bluetooth range.
For Android users, Location Services must be turned on in order to pair. Make sure Location Services are turned on specifically for the Weber Connect app.
