HOW CAN WE HELP?

During some troubleshooting steps, you may need to reboot your grill or device. Here are the instructions on how to do that. 

Weber Connect Hub

1. Flip the device over.

2. Locate the small reset button on the bottom of the device.

3. Use a paper clip or small pin to push the button.

SmokeFire grill

1. If the grill's fire is lit, initiate the shutdown process. Learn how to do that here: Shut down your SmokeFire grill.

2. Turn the grill's power off using the power switch located under the grill's pellet hopper.

3. Wait 15 seconds.

4. Turn the grill's power back on using the power switch located under the grill's pellet hopper.

Pulse 2000 & Pulse 1000 grills

1. Unplug the grill's power cable from the outlet.

2. Wait 15 seconds.

3. Plug the grill back in.

Genesis EX, SX, EPX, SPX grills

1. Unplug the grill's power cable from the outlet.

2. Wait 15 seconds.

3. Plug the grill back in.

Spirit SX grills

1. Unplug the grill's power cable from the outlet.

2. Wait 15 seconds.

3. Plug the grill back in.
