Follow the tips below to get great sear marks on your food!
- Preheat your grill for 10 to 15 minutes with the lid closed.
- Make sure you are grilling over direct heat.
- Flip your food to a different section of the cooking grate.
- The spot that the food was just at will be cooler because the food absorbed the heat from that spot on the grate.
