The Weber Connect app allows you to file bug reports. These reports can be very useful to us because they contain data about the health of your app and Weber Connect grill or device that we can use to make the product better.

A Customer Support specialist asks you to do so to help us investigate an issue you've contacted them about.

Something about your app, grill, or Weber Connect device isn't working correctly.

Something about the Weber Connect experience isn't meeting your expectations, or you'd like to make a suggestion to improve the product.
Here's how to do it

Tap on the Grills tab.

Tap on the icon for one of your grills to go into the grill's Launchpad view.

Tap the ⛭ gear icon in the upper-right corner of the Launchpad view to go to settings.

Scroll to the bottom of the view.

Tap Contact Us to go into the Contact Us view.

In there, tap Contact Us to show the bug report form.

In the bug report form, enter your email address in the field at the top. Then in the Description field, tell us what behavior you're seeing that isn't meeting your expectations.

Tap the "paper airplane" icon in the upper-right corner of the view to send your report to us.
Once we receive your bug report, we will investigate it. A Customer Support specialist may reach out to you via email to get more information, but if more information isn't needed to complete the investigation, they may not. Whether we reach out to you or not, be assured that we track each report and take them into account when planning fixes and improvements to our products.
