- Wait until the griddle is cool.
- Soak the griddle in water to remove stubborn particles, and then hand wash with warm soapy water.
- Rinse the griddle and dry it completely.
Nylon or soft abrasive pads/brushes may be used. Store the griddle inside in a cool, dry location.
NOTE: Metallic pads/brushes and harsh abrasive soaps can damage the porcelain enamel finish.
NOTE: Do not strike metal objects against the griddle. Gouging or scraping with sharp metal utensils can cause damage to the porcelain-enamel surface.
