It’s important to make sure you've downloaded the Connect app and updated your your grill to the latest software as soon as your new SmokeFire is assembled and turned on. To do this, make sure you have a reliable internet connection and that are following the instructions in the manual and in the app to complete the update.
The quality of the pellets you are using can also impact the performance of your grill. We recommend using Weber pellets for best results.
