If you are experiencing connectivity issues with your grill, there are a few things you can try:
Check the battery level of the Weber Connect display: A power indicator will display the battery power level of the batteries for the Weber Connect module. Full battery level will appear in green. Low battery level will appear in red. This can also be tracked within the Weber Connect app.
Confirming: Make sure that you are tapping ‘confirm pairing’ in the Weber Connect app as instructed by the visual cue.
Forget the device: If you have another Weber smart grill or smart grilling device, go to the Weber Connect app settings and tap on the connected device, and then scroll down and tap on "Forget this device.”
