Because it can take some time to get familiar with and experience a variety of cooks on a new grill, we suggest a minimum trial of 30 days to get to know your new wood-fired pellet grill. We’ll work with you to arrange the grill pick up and will refund you in full, less any discounts or promotional pricing at the time of purchase, shipping charges, or assembly fees. Your original form of payment will be refunded.*
