• Forget the device: Head to your the Weber Connect app settings and tap on your connected Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub under "My Devices." Then, scroll down and tap on "Forget this device."

  • Reset the device: There is a small button on the back of the device that will reboot the hardware when pressed and released quickly. A paperclip is recommended for this purpose. 
    • When pressed for more than ten seconds, the hardware goes into recovery mode. After you have reset the device, open the Connect app and attempt to pair again
